07 - Frost cooled cupcakes generously with yellow buttercream. Optionally dip frosted tops in shredded coconut for feathery effect.
08 - Place two mini chocolate chips for eyes and one orange candy for the beak on each cupcake. Use extra frosting to adhere if needed.
